We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Market Research Manager for CEE cluster. This role is an integral part of the business development team, and will report to the Director of Business Development.

As a Market Research Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and conducting cross regional primary/secondary market research projects in CEE Cluster markets to drive decision-making.


Responsibilities

As a Market Research Manager you will lead and leverage primary and secondary research, and work with internal functions (market access, medical, commercial, etc) to provide detailed insights, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations to drive informed decision-making.

You will also Identify potential areas for growth and expansion to strengthen the company's market position, while working closely with various internal teams to support these initiatives.


Requirements

· A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in pharma medical affairs / commercial / market access roles

· Proven managerial skills with experience in effectively managing large, multi-country primary and secondary market research projects within the pharmaceutical industry

· Consulting experience - Advantage

· Experience in understand and discuss complex disease areas and making recommendations to the business based on primary and secondary market research including building forecasts

· Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously 

· Experience in establishing KOL relationships and market understanding across EPM &CIS markets - Advantage

· Fluency in English is mandatory; additional European languages are highly desirable

· Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and clearly communicate data outputs and actionable insights
