As our Billing Associate III you will help oversee the monthly invoicing for multiple clients. Every day you will review, track, and validate corrected claims and payments for your assigned clients in preparation for generating monthly invoices. To thrive in this role, you must understand backend revenue cycle management including rebills and follow-up and both commercial and government payer trends.
Here’s what you will experience working as a Billing Associate III:
Track payments and follow-ups on outstanding accounts
Initiate and validate corrected claim rebills and follow-ups in client HIS work queues
Identify client rebill and follow-up trends that may impact revenue
Generate monthly client-facing invoices, prepare quarterly reports, and address client invoice inquiries
Develop summary guides for each client; contribute to developments and enhancements for invoicing process
Required Skills:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Demonstrated experience and ability to navigate and retrieve data from multiple HIS
Working knowledge of revenue cycle management including rebills and follow up
Understanding of how DRGs impact reimbursement
