The Role

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Lead to own strategy, execution, and reporting for Bankjoy’s demand generation programs. This is a high-impact, leadership role ideal for someone who’s both a builder and a strategist — someone who can drive pipeline growth while scaling systems, teams, and campaigns.

This role includes team leadership responsibilities, including oversight of campaign performance, attribution, and owns reporting on marketing’s contribution to pipeline. The ideal candidate will have some experience managing direct reports or contractors, a strong grasp of B2B marketing operations, and the analytical skills to guide cross-departmental reporting and insights.

Base salary range:

  • CAD: $120,000 - $140,000

What you’ll do:
  • Team & Reporting Leadership:

    • Lead campaign reporting and attribution; ensure consistent reporting standards across all initiatives

    • Own marketing’s contribution to pipeline — build and deliver reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams

    • Mentor and guide direct reports and/or external contributors

    Marketing Operations & Technology

    • Own the implementation and optimization of HubSpot as our core marketing automation platform

    • Develop lead scoring, nurture workflows, and attribution models to accelerate pipeline

    • Build seamless marketing-to-sales handoff processes

    • Design dashboards and reporting systems to track campaign KPIs and ROI

    Campaign Strategy & Execution

    • Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms. Bankjoy’s key channels include: events, email, webinars, partnerships, and content

    • Drive MQL and SQL growth and measure performance against pipeline and revenue goals

    • Partner with Product Marketing on launches and strategic initiatives

    • Support targeted growth strategies for key segments and verticals

    • Partner with Events to maximize event performance and campaign impact

    Agency & Resource Management

    • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and content creators

    • Set KPIs and performance expectations for partners

    Analytics & Optimization

    • Own campaign analytics, including ROI snd conversion rates

    • Conduct A/B testing and iterative optimization

    • Generate strategic insights to guide future campaigns and budget allocation

    • Deliver executive-level reporting on marketing performance

    What you bring:
    • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation

    • Experience providing exec-level reporting in demand gen outcomes

    • Experience managing people or external teams (contractors, agencies, or direct reports)

    • Strong track record of designing and executing high-performing campaigns

    • Proficiency with HubSpot 

    • Deep understanding of marketing attribution and funnel metrics

    • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills

    • Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and reporting

    • Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
