About the job:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Lightning Experience Cloud Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing the Salesforce Experience Cloud suite, ensuring a seamless integration with Service Cloud for robust case management, and collaborating closely with various teams to improve user experiences and platform capabilities across our organization.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce Experience Cloud, leveraging your expertise in both front-end web technologies and back-end Salesforce development. You will also support integrations, deploy custom solutions, and help guide the evolution of our Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain the Salesforce Experience Cloud suite, including integration with Service Cloud for case management.
  • Build custom solutions using Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Design and implement responsive, user-friendly experiences with LWC Web Components for Experience Cloud.
  • Create and maintain Partner Communities, ensuring optimal user experience and security.
  • Understand and apply the different Experience Cloud license types to ensure proper use of features.
  • Build and maintain audiences and login flows to improve user interactions.
  • Work with Salesforce CMS to manage and deliver content across platforms.
  • Implement platform security measures, including TLS, SSL, LWS, and CORS.
  • Develop custom Aura content templates to meet specific business needs.
  • Manage and integrate Salesforce Knowledge with the Experience Cloud platform.
  • Ensure high standards of data security and platform integrity, with expertise in SSO, user provisioning, and data sharing.
  • Oversee and implement Experience Cloud deployments (CI/Bundles) between environments, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with platform requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams on Salesforce Experience Cloud best practices and development techniques.

 

About You:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience developing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce Experience Cloud product suite, including integration with Service Cloud for case management.
  • Strong experience with Partner Community and knowledge of Experience Cloud license types.
  • Deep understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) combined with strong proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud development.
  • Proven expertise in Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with responsive design using LWC for Experience Cloud.
  • Familiarity with audiences and login flows in Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Aura and LWR runtimes, as well as custom Aura content templates.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Knowledge and its integration with Experience Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CMS to manage content.
  • Strong understanding of platform security capabilities, including TLS, SSL, LWS, CORS, and SSO.
  • Solid understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations for Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with CI/CD deployments and handling Experience Cloud bundles between environments.

 

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a SaaS-based environment.
  • Previous exposure to healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar integration platforms.
  • Salesforce certifications in relevant areas, including Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, and Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.
