About the role 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Strategy & Operations Lead to spearhead our product strategy and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in driving cross-functional initiatives, optimizing product operations, and ensuring that our product strategies align with our overarching business goals.

What you’ll do 

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to develop and execute product strategies that align with Paxos' mission and market opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable processes to enhance product development efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to inform product decisions, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a bridge between product, engineering, compliance, and business teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy.

Stakeholder Communication: Present strategic plans and performance updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.​

About you

• Experience: 10+ years in product strategy, operations, or related roles within fintech, blockchain, or financial services.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion: A deep interest in blockchain technology and its potential to transform the financial industry.
