About the Opportunity

We're looking for a highly motivated Growth Manager (Web3) for the NEA region to lead strategic growth initiatives with a strong focus on influencer marketing, content-driven campaigns, and web3-native tactics. In this role, you’ll drive user acquisition and revenue growth for our DEX and web3 products by executing data-backed KOL programs, building regional brand awareness, and leveraging deep insights into the NEA market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for driving user and revenue growth in the NEA region, with a focus on influencer-led and content-driven strategies. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Leading KOL/influencer marketing initiatives, including planning, execution, and performance analysis
Managing influencer relationships and executing data-driven KOL strategies
Launching and scaling regional growth campaigns to drive adoption and revenue for web3/DEX products
Developing and executing content marketing strategies that contribute to user acquisition and retention
Building brand awareness across NEA markets through influencer programs and strategic partnerships
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to localize and optimize campaigns for market fit

Your performance/OKRs will be evaluated based on:

User growth and revenue performance in NEA region
Effectiveness and ROI of influencer marketing campaigns
Brand awareness and engagement metrics across NEA
Adoption and performance of DEX/web3 products in target markets

What We Look For In You

5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, content growth, or business development, ideally in web3
Proven track record of executing successful growth campaigns focused on user and revenue metrics
Deep understanding of the web3/blockchain ecosystem, especially DeFi and DEX platforms
Strong familiarity with the NEA market landscape, user behavior, and key community channels
Hands-on experience working with KOLs/influencers and analyzing performance data
Some fluency in English is required; fluency in a local NEA language is a strong plus
Highly motivated, data-driven, and results-oriented
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
