Job description

About 7days Labs

At 7days Performance, we don't just dream cars — we live them. We’re one of the UK’s most exciting high-performance car competition platforms, delivering adrenaline-fuelled prizes, content and experiences to a growing community of automotive enthusiasts.

We’re now entering our next phase of growth — with a focus on deepening engagement and increasing customer lifetime value through a powerful subscription experience. As Head of Subscription Growth, you’ll take full ownership of growing, retaining, and optimising our subscriber base through end-to-end digital journeys, from website funnel to lifecycle communication.

The Role

This is a senior, high-impact role that blends conversion rate optimisation (CRO), CRM/lifecycle strategy, and subscription growth into one focused mission: acquire more subscribers and keep them engaged longer. You’ll lead the vision and execution for how users experience our platform — and how we communicate with them before, during, and after subscription.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Development, Design, and Performance Marketing to build experiences and campaigns that scale revenue and retention. You’ll also own and optimise our subscription-specific landing pages and comms strategy — with full access to testing tools, behavioural data, and creative input.

The role will cover multiple brands both in the UK and Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and execute the end-to-end growth strategy for subscriptions — from acquisition through to retention
  • Lead and implement the CRO roadmap, building and optimising every touchpoint in the funnel from landing pages to checkout
  • Work with the CRM team to develop and scale lifecycle journeys across email and SMS — including onboarding, upsell, reactivation, and churn prevention
  • Use tools like GA4, Klaviyo, Hotjar, and landing page builders (e.g. Unbounce or Instapage) to optimise user journeys
  • Champion testing and experimentation across web and CRM — including A/B testing, multivariate tests, and personalisation strategies
  • Collaborate with Creative, Development, and Paid Media teams to deliver consistent messaging and customer experience
  • Monitor and report on key subscription KPIs: conversion rates, churn, LTV, ARPU, and engagement
  • Identify and implement opportunities to increase retention, frequency, and subscriber satisfaction

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6+ years in a growth, CRO, or lifecycle marketing role, ideally with direct experience in subscription-based products
  • Proven experience leading cross-channel strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and LTV growth
  • Hands-on experience with email/SMS platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Braze) and landing page optimisation tools (e.g. Unbounce, VWO, Instapage)
  • Strong understanding of UX, behavioural data, and funnel optimisation
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable owning KPIs and using data to inform decision-making
  • Confident working cross-functionally and leading projects from concept to execution
  • A strategic thinker with a bias for action — you spot growth opportunities and move fast on them
  • Interest in performance, cars, or enthusiast-driven digital platforms is a bonus

Timezone Coverage: This role is designed to support both UK and Australian markets, ideally covering UK mornings and Australian afternoons or UK afternoons and Australian mornings . We're looking for someone comfortable working across these overlapping hours, offering flexibility while ensuring real-time collaboration with both teams.
