Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Marketing Automation Manager to lead the execution of conversion and retention campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS. You’ll be involved in the full campaign lifecycle, from hypothesis and copywriting to execution, A/B testing, and post-campaign analysis.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining creativity with data and wants to have a direct impact on product growth and user engagement.

What Will You Do?

  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app, pop-ups) for both web and mobile.
  • Develop and manage customer journeys and behavioral triggers to improve activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Write and edit high-converting copy tailored to different user segments.
  • Set up and manage automated message flows.
  • Run and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor performance using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar; report on key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, etc.).
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and IT to align on business goals and coordinate cross-functional projects.

Requirements

Key Skills Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong copywriting skills - able to write concise, persuasive messages for different channels.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for light email edits.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation.
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Blueshift, Customer.io, Iterable, etc.).
  • Proficient experience with dynamic content and personalization strategies.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken). PLEASE SEND YOUR CV IN ENGLISH!

Additional Skills Preferred:

  • Experience with Forex and/or Crypto
