Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social sciences or human resources., Proven experience in leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives., Strong understanding of behavior change theories and cultural transformation strategies., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EDI strategies to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Lead training and workshops to promote awareness and understanding of EDI issues.
  • Collaborate with leadership to integrate EDI principles into organizational policies.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of EDI initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
