πΌ Your Responsibilities:
π Identify, negotiate, and integrate PSP providers, focusing on CIS markets
π Monitor and optimize payment conversion across providers
π Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark industry practices
π§© Manage payment cascading and routing logic to ensure efficiency
π Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with PSP integrations
π€ Build long-term partnerships with payment vendors
π Represent the company at industry conferences and expos
π₯ Lead and grow the PSP team with a hands-on, data-driven approach
π What weβre looking for:
βοΈ 2+ years in a managerial position in iGaming, gambling, forex, crypto, or fintech
βοΈ Deep understanding of PSP operations, gateways, and processing systems
βοΈ Strong negotiation skills and a talent for relationship-building
βοΈ Proven experience setting up payment processing and managing cascading
βοΈ Understanding of conversion metrics and how to influence them
