RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Realizar o acompanhamento do fluxo de automações na fila do Control Room do Automation Anywhere;
• Realizar o atendimento a fila OTRS com chamados relacionados a RPA e sistemas agregados em geral;
• Mapear processos que utilizam RPA e não estão devidamente documentados ainda (PDD e TDD);
• Corrigir bugs e implementação de melhorias necessárias nos RPAs;
• Participar de calls sobre áreas envolvidas à sistemas, como aprovações de alterações críticas em sistemas, arquitetura de soluções etc, principalmente relacionados aos sistemas como o OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), TechSocial, Compliance Fiscal, entre outros.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Conhecimento em Automation Anywhere;
• Implementação e manutenção de bots em AA;
• Entendimento do Control Room em nível de criação e manutenção de usuários, pastas das automações e credenciais;
• Conhecimento básico de linguagens de programação como Python, .NET, C# ou JavaScript;
• Conhecimento em Azure AD e Azure Cloud.
• Familiaridade com metodologias Ágeis, Jira, ServiceNow ou outras ferramentas de acompanhamento de projetos;
• Desejado: experiência com manuseio de planilhas excel e e-mails, conhecimento de funcionamento de APIs Restfull.
