Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Program/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in aligning project outcomes with business goals and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables. 
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration among developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
• Utilize Agile and waterfall methodologies to manage project life cycles and deliver continuous improvements.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant teams.
• Monitor project performance and analyze data to drive process enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in project management, with a strong understanding of both Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and third-party partnerships.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically requires 7-10 years of professional experience in project management or a related role.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership abilities with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
