The Job in a Nutshell

Coolbet is looking for positive, service-minded Customer Support Specialists to assist our awesome customers across Mexico, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Europe, and Canada. As the first point of contact, you’ll be the friendly face of Coolbet - answering questions, solving issues, and making sure our customers feel heard and valued. You’ll handle communications via chat and email, using good judgment and a human touch. You'll also work closely with other departments, confirming information and solving queries with data from multiple sources. A Sneak Peek into Your Role
  • Helping our customers via chat and e-mail, they are cool, but some need more attention than others. The coolest part of the role is using your better judgment and not sounding robotic.
  • Working with other departments to solve customer queries requires confirming data from different sources to determine what would be the accurate outcome.
  • You’ll work remotely in shifts, with two weekends off per month. Your schedule will include a mix of 8, 9, and 10-hour shifts, covering both afternoon and night shifts. Weekly working hours will be adjusted based on the shift pattern for the week.
You’re good at
  • You are excellent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • You are service-minded and have a positive attitude. We like to laugh and have fun, so be ready for it!
  • Comfortable behind the keyboard, checking different points of data for accuracy.
  • Interested in making your ideas count and your voice being heard.
  • Prior work experience is not essential but preferred. You will see the difference with your other work experiences right away, just wait and see. You'll love it!
  • You are located in Mexico City.
