Thrive Pet Healthcare is looking for a creative and versatile Digital Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital platforms. As the visual storyteller for our digital presence, you will design a wide range of assets—from static and animated graphics to email, and web design. You’ll collaborate closely with print and web development teams to ensure a consistent and impactful brand experience across all channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional teamwork, and is passionate about engaging, purposeful design.
Responsibilities:
Lead digital design projects from concept to completion, in collaboration with copywriters and strategists, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy.
Create compelling visual content for web, email, social media, presentations, video, and live events.
Develop storyboards, motion graphics, and animations for a variety of platforms and formats.
Partner with the print and web development teams to maintain visual consistency and uphold brand standards across all touchpoints.
Support creative planning by participating in brainstorms and strategic reviews, especially for large-scale campaigns.
Art direct photo shoots, including pre-production (shot lists, stakeholder input), on-site direction, and post-production (retouching and file preparation).
Manage and maintain an organized digital asset library for easy access and collaboration.
Support print or web design projects as needed.
Stay current on digital design trends, tools, and best practices—especially in mobile, web, and motion design.
Lead or contribute to periodic creative workshops or inspiration sessions within the marketing team.
Look for opportunities to improve creative processes and team collaboration.
Balance multiple projects and deadlines in both high- and low-volume environments.

Key Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
Photoshop
Illustrator
After Effects
Premiere Pro
InDesign
Experience with Figma for design feedback and web/email mockups
Strong understanding of digital design principles, including responsive design and accessibility
Skilled in video production and editing, including animation and sound syncing
Photo shoot planning and direction, plus photo retouching/editing
Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools and systems
Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar
Preferred Skills:
Degree in graphic design, visual communications, interactive media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in PowerPoint a plus
Strong project and time management skills staying proactive and productive without constant oversight.
Experience presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Works well in remote environment, maintaining collaborative mindset.
Takes ownership of tasks from concept through to delivery.
Thinks critically about how design supports clients and business goals.
Comfortable adjusting designs based on shifting goals, or brand direction.
