Proven experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban., Strong facilitation and coaching skills to guide teams in Agile practices., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders., Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Coach (ICP-ACC) are preferred..
Key responsibilities:
