Key responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to enhance their performance.

Collaborate with product owners to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and priorities.

Support the organization in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
