Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Tele sales Coordinator to join our sales team remotely from Lebanon. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting overall sales operations through effective communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
Promote products and services, highlighting key features and benefits.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings and promotions.
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales outcomes.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Based in Lebanon with reliable internet connectivity.
Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
