Backend Developer (Python & Fast API's)-Remote

Hiring one of our US-based data consultancy firm, providing solutions to US based businesses.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer with 3+ years of experience in backend development using Python, specifically with the FastAPI framework. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with *Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and exposure to *DevOps practices especially Kubernetes will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (FastAPI).
Build and integrate efficient RESTful APIs and microservices.
Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust CI/CD workflows.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance backend performance and reliability.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development using Python with FastAPI.
Experience working with GCP and cloud-based infrastructure.
Familiarity with containerization using *Docker; experience with *Kubernetes is a plus.
Strong understanding of microservices and API-driven architectures.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.
