As a Management Trainee for Product in Insider day in and day out you;
  • Identify lagging areas within the processes of PMT and generate scalable solutions to increase the efficiency of doing work.
  • Act as a bridge between Business Teams and Product Teams to oversee cross-departmental projects and data flow.
  • Derive critical insights by analyzing and connecting disparate datasets across the business to unlock opportunities for improvement across product, operations, and knowledge management.
  • Act in the implementation of initiatives focused on driving the adoption of standard Product Management tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Oversee Departmental and Product Team OKRs to intervene or raise a flag when necessary to ensure the highest possible realizations.
  • Create innovative ways to capture and analyze different data points from internal and external customers of the product and build a streamlined flow of information easily accessible to Product Managers.
