Job description

At Kyruus Health, our mission is to connect people to the right care, in pursuit of our vision: a better healthcare system- one that's transparent and accessible- where everyone gets the care they need. Our values are at the heart of everything we do:

We care deeply – We do the right thing even if it’s the harder thing.
We are fiercely driven – We harness our curiosity to pursue continuous improvement and create simple solutions to complex problems.
We lead with respect – We celebrate the individual traits that make each of us unique and seek out diverse voices to listen and learn.
We are accountable – We do what we promise for each other and our customers.

Here's what that would mean for you in the Staff IT Systems Administrator role.
Care: You care deeply about building resilient technical solutions that empower both our team and organization to excel, even when it requires making tough decisions.
Driven: You are driven to bridge strategic vision and technical execution, creating innovative solutions to complex challenges while mentoring others to do the same.
Respect: You value diverse perspectives and foster an inclusive environment where technical and non-technical stakeholders can collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals.
Accountable: You take ownership of complex technical initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring transparent communication and reliable delivery throughout.

What you will do as a Staff IT Systems Administrator at Kyruus Health:
  • Serve as the bridge between strategic vision and technical implementation, acting as the manager's trusted technical partner and the team's technical compass.
  • Lead technical discovery, feasibility assessment, solution design, architecture, integration, and standardization of IT systems across the organization to reduce redundancy.
  • Maintain and enhance the company's IT technology stack, establishing technical standards and best practices across IT platforms to ensure consistency, security, and operational excellence.
  • Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption based on organizational needs and industry trends.
  • Lead the technical implementation of high-impact IT projects, coordinating cross-functional activities and removing blockers.
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for complex issues, applying deep expertise to resolve challenging problems.
  • Provide technical mentorship to Systems Administrators and Desktop Support Engineers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.
  • Document requirements, system architectures, processes, and procedures, and provide support and training to the team and users on system usage.
  • Act as deputy to the Manager, Information Technology when needed, providing continuity in leadership and decision-making.
  • Help with resource allocation, workload balancing, and team performance assessment.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between IT and other technical teams (InfoSec, Infrastructure, Development, Data Platforms, Application Engineering, etc.) facilitating collaboration and alignment.

  • How You Can Grow
  • Kyruus Health will bring you through an onboarding process that is both structured and self-guided, designed to enable connection and productivity as you learn more about our company, functions and products. Additionally, we have a culture of feedback, inclusive of our performance review process that provides you with the coaching, resources and opportunities to help you learn and grow with us.
