This is a remote work position on a night shift schedule.

We’re a performance-driven marketing and lead generation company helping businesses grow through strategic outreach and consultative sales. We’re expanding our sales team and looking for experienced, high-impact professionals to join us.

The Role:

As an Outbound Account Executive/Sales Agent, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from strategic prospecting to closing. You’ll be targeting businesses that can benefit from our high-intent lead generation services and marketing partnerships. We don’t focus on high-volume activity for the sake of activity. Instead, we expect smart, thoughtful outreach that leads to real conversations and high conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
     
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand each prospect’s goals and tailor solutions accordingly
     
  • Strategically manage your outreach through cold calls, emails, and social selling (minimum of 1,000 targeted activities/week)
     
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities with precision and urgency
     
  • Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
     
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to drive value on both sides
     
  • Track activity and progress through Salesforce (or your CRM)
     

Requirements:

  • 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in lead generation, marketing, SaaS, or professional services
     
  • Proven ability to close deals averaging $10K+ in value
     
  • Strong win rates and the ability to demonstrate sales performance through metrics
     
  • Skilled in negotiation, solution-selling, and navigating complex decision-making processes
     
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
     
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and strategic in approach
