This is a fix-term 1-year contract. 35 hours weekly.
Working hours:
#Wednesday to Sunday 5pm to 1am
or
#Saturday and Sunday 12pm to 8pm and Monday to Wednesday 5pm to 1am

We are seeking a fully remote diligent, enthusiastic and motivated Support Agent, looking for opportunities to work across weekend shifts, who will be key driving the cover to success.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate their capabilities in operating on multiple lines of business including Calls, Claims, Customer Service and additional TPA services as required.
                                                                      
Key roles
  • Provide quality Customer Service to our customers on multiple lines of business responding to telephone calls, emails and other contact methods to resolve Customer Service queries and incidents and to document, track and monitor issues ensuring a timely resolution.
Specific responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls from potential new clients and existing clients
  • Take inbound First Notification Of Loss calls from clients in relation to their claim of their existing policy. Property and Motor.
  • Responsibility for performing tasks in a manner which complies with company policy and the Central Bank of Ireland.
  • Work within a team to meet and exceed team targets
  • Provide status and follow-up information to internal or external customers.
  • Escalate calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Document customer issues in call tracking system timely and accurately
  • Assist in real-time in the resolution of support issues to bring about high levels of satisfaction.
  • Perform other admin duties as assigned
Qualifications/skills
  • Accredited Insurance APA/CIP qualifications desirable
  • A Degree from an accredited college or university preferred but not essential
  • Strong computer knowledge including, but not limited to, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
  • Strong oral, written and business communication skills
  • Analytical, interpretive, and decision-making skills
  • Strong organisational skills
