Senior Director – Global Payment Solutions & Value-Added Services

THE ROLE:

ABC Fitness is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Product Management to lead our product strategy across Fitness, Technology, and Payments. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development of new solutions, value-added services, and B2B payment capabilities, including AI powered Intelligent Billing, embedded fintech integrations, and global expansion of our Commerce platform. You'll be instrumental in leveraging customer insights to drive product innovation, platform monetization, and business growth, while leading a high-performing team of product managers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and articulate a compelling product strategy and cohesive roadmap that aligns with ABC’s overall business objectives and positions us as a leader in the Health and Fitness SaaS space.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and competitive intelligence to inform the product roadmap and strategy.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to define and execute ABC’s product strategy, focusing on growth and revenue generation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for key areas, including new billing and payments solutions, accounting and revenue recognition services, and a new suite of Commerce API capabilities.
  • Package new products and solutions as modular shared services so ABC’s clients can leverage our flexible payment infrastructure to build experiences that grow their business, or so ABC’s own global platforms can easily integrate.
  • Launch new value-added services including embedded payments, capital, and payroll offerings to engage clients and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, building a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, leveraging customer insights, analytics, and market research to drive product decisions.
  • Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to drive the financial performance of the product portfolio, including revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Define key metrics and KPIs to measure product success and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, with 5 years in a senior leadership role within the payments, SaaS, or fintech industry, preferably at a payments, eCommerce, or billing solutions company.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital payments and billing products in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of payments and fintech trends, technologies, regulatory environments, and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex product ecosystems, design systems, monetizing product APIs, capabilities partnerships, third-party integrations, identity management, and search functionality.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive results across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends and advancements.
  • Analytical mindset; proven experience working cross-functionally to turn data insights into strategic decisions.
  • Background in successfully delivering on multi-quarter roadmaps and aligning diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in the United States and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for U.S. based candidates for this positionis $190,000 -- $220,00 USD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada based candidates for this positionis $185,800 -- $251,000 CAD annually. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
