Position Summary:
The Manager, Software Engineering leads a team responsible for all software development activities related to products within one of Inmar’s businesses helping to drive that business toward its strategic goals and objectives. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the short, medium and long-term effectiveness of their team, in support of goals and objectives set by their Director.
The Manager directly supervises and oversees a software engineering team(s) charged with innovation and ongoing technical support of various client-facing application(s). They are measured by the deliveries the team completes to production, considering efficacy, quality, and timeliness and are responsible for monitoring and improving on those metrics with each delivery.
