Job description

This is a remote position.

Overview :

10 – 15 years of experience
Working experience with client business users, data owners, data architects to develop new data model – both denormalized and Dimensional modelling (star, snowflake schemas)
Design, Develop and Test Integration of RedShift with S3 Storage, ETL and other applications
Familiarization on concepts like Distribution styles, Distribution keys and Sort keys, compression level considerations, security and knowledge of Redshift underlying architecture in terms of Leader Nodes, Compute Nodes, slices and how data is distributed
Identify and resolve data model performance issues to optimize database performance and must be able to apply best Practices of RedShift design
