Job description

This is a remote position.

Overview :

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and implement ALIP modules (Policy Admin, Underwriting, Claims, Billing, etc.).
Customize ALIP based on business and client requirements.
Integrate ALIP with third-party systems using APIs and web services.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand insurance workflows.
Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT testing phases.
Optimize and troubleshoot ALIP configurations and performance issues.
Provide technical support and maintenance for ALIP applications.
Prepare technical documentation, including design and user guides.

Requirements

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Accenture Life Insurance Platform (ALIP).
Strong understanding of Life & Annuity Insurance domain.
Proficiency in Java, SQL, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Experience in ALIP Rules Engine and Workflow Configuration.
Knowledge of cloud-based deployment (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

ALIP Certification (if available).
Experience with ALIP Product Configurator, ALIP Calculation Engine.
Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
