Job description

The Role

The FSM will be a highly motivated individual responsible for selling IGEL products and services within the mid-market customer segment with the expectation to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and sales targets. This is a territory-based position where leveraging cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, other support organizations and channel partner community to help grow existing customers, acquisition of new customers and manage key requirements related to a high-performance sales organization.

Responsibilities

 

·       Customer size: 1 - 999 employees

·       Effectively deliver the IGEL value proposition, demonstrating an understanding of the solution and individual products.

·       Drive new business through inbound lead follow-up and account-based outbound efforts

·       Apply an understanding of IGEL software, sales methodology, processes and prospecting techniques and customer base to sell to end users

·       Achieve sales targets and demonstrate progress towards achieving account strategies with field counterparts

·       Close deals and collaborate with your territory to hit monthly quotas

·       Establish relationships with sales, presales engineers, advanced services team and renewals and onboarding specialists to maximize full potential of every opportunity

·       Build and maintain relationships with partners and resellers to identify and close new business

·       Establish relationships with key channel partners and our IGEL Ready partners to create pipeline and collaborate on existing opportunities

·       Maintain active engagement with potential customers through creative follow-up to increase interest

·       Provide accurate forecasting

·       Input accurate and timely forecasts as well as opportunity updates in the IGEL CRM system for management visibility in territory pipeline

Requirements

 

·       Works under general supervision. Latitude for independent judgment.

·       Minimum of four to five years of experience in selling

·       Experience in a high tech, indirect sales and procurement environment

·       Digital outbound prospecting (e.g. email, LinkedIn campaigns, AI-aided prospecting) experience

·       Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and German

·       Effective interpersonal and organizational skills

·       High-energy, passionate, self-starter with a strong desire to ultimately move into enterprise sales

·       Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
