Responsibilities

  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts (manual and automated).

  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Test Automation: Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.

  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the development process.

  • Testing Activities: Perform functional, regression, and acceptance testing.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Track quality metrics, analyze trends, and report on testing results.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve testing processes and quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong IT Professional: Experience in software testing, particularly with web applications and mobile applications.

  • Test Automation Expertise: Proficiency in scripting and automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, Test Complete, Cucumber, Ready API, Load Runner, and JUnit/NUnit.

  • Manual Testing: Experience with manual testing methodologies and practices.

  • Defect Tracking: Familiarity with defect tracking tools like RALLY.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.

At Concentrix, we provide customer experience solutions that may involve handling sensitive data.  As part of our hiring process, all candidates must undergo a background check in accordance with applicable law, which will include identity verification and employment eligibility.

The base salary range for this position is $91,457 -$137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
