We are seeking a Client Services Specialist who shares our commitment to honesty, performance, and client-focused excellence.


Your Impact:

  • Develop and nurture professional relationships with assigned clients. Proactively assess needs, clarify goals, reinforce our value as a trusted partner, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely, thorough, and professional responses. Manage client requests through active case management and recommend solutions and enhancements.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities, support internal sales initiatives, and recommend additional products and services that meet client needs.
  • Help clients troubleshoot web-based issues (like password resets), assist in system navigation, and identify and report system-related concerns for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain detailed client activity records in Salesforce, including contact information, program change requests, and service resolutions.


Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2–3 years of related experience preferred, including at least 1 year of direct customer service.
  • Proficiency with database, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.


At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected annual pay range for this position is $40,000 to $46,000 plus discretionary bonus The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
