Job Description

Oracle’s Lift team sits at the heart of Oracle Technology’s engagement with our customers. Our mission is to highlight Oracle's Technology Cloud solutions with sales, innovation and delivery with a single team to start consumption as fast as possible. We achieve this by investing in specific customer workloads and delivering cloud deployments, at speed for the customer, to meet their business goals.

Oracle Lift is a multi-disciplined team of experts collaborating with Oracle’s ACE’s, CAMs, Architects and cloud sales. The team operates at pace, through qualification, workload scoping, “go” or “no-go”, then delivery across multiple customers in parallel.

The Lift team contains technical specialists, technical delivery resources and project managers. This team is ready to engage with our customers – all household names you will have heard of. Are you ready to be a Project manager of this team?

Role Summary

Your mission will be to become the Project Manager of multiple parallel Lift implementations and orchestrate delivery from the delivery team by:

  • Owning the delivery scope of a ‘first workload’ into a customer’s business
  • Being the delivery ‘face’ of Oracle, managing delivery risks, issues, escalations, and delivery progress.
  • Own the “delivery interlock” with the offshore team, architects, technical specialists, and the customer.
  • Supporting cloud sales in positioning and selling of a ‘follow-on’ expansion project, and handing over to Oracle Consulting, partners, or In-house resources to deliver the expansion.
