Balance organizational priorities and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to solve operational challenges and enhance client experiences.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to proactively identify and address operational inefficiencies, while developing scalable processes that support the growth and increasing complexity of our care delivery model.
- Contribute to evaluating external technologies and the development of internal capabilities, and lead change management within the company to implement solutions.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the COO and leadership team, leading the evaluation, development and launch of new service lines to support organizational growth.
