We are growing fast, and we are now looking for a Senior Product Analyst.
In this role, you will act as a crucial bridge between data and product strategy: analyze user behavior and product performance, using SQL, visualization tools, and product analytics platforms, to deliver actionable insights that drive product decisions. Your work directly impacts key SaaS metrics like LTV and churn. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, revenue operations, and executives, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and a proactive, independent work ethic, with a proven track record of influencing product roadmaps through data-driven analysis.

What you’ll do: 

  1. Generate Insights and Influence data driven decision making. Some example projects: funnel analysis, user segmentation, product feature analysis, pricing optimization.
  2. Experiment Design and hypothesis testing.
  3. Data visualization, dashboard building, self serve dataset building for the stakeholders.
  4. Define and formulate metrics. For example defining success metrics to measure product features or initiatives success.
  5. Storytelling with Data: Translating analytical findings into compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking: Employing strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex product-related challenges.
  7. Closely working with Product Managers on product related projects, and other technical (e.g. Engineering) and non technical stakeholders (e.g. Customer Success, Sales, etc.)
  8. Applying advanced SQL skills for querying databases, as well as utilizing programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis tasks.

  3. Communication & Collaboration: 
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, Revops and other members within the Data Team.  
  • Present complex data in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They should be able to identify key areas of inquiry and formulate insightful questions to guide their analysis.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience in product analysis, data analysis, or a related field, demonstrating a track record of using data to drive product strategy and decision-making. Experience in the SaaS industry is preferred.
  2. Excellent SQL skills, experience using DBT for data modeling is a plus.
  3. Expert in the fundamentals of product analytics including building metric trees, experimentation, user activity & retention analytics, funnels & customer segmentation.
  4. Experience in creating impactful data visualizations using tools such as Looker Studio.
  5. Experience working with event based tracking data for web or mobile and hands-on experience with a behavioral analytics tool e.g. Heap, MixPanel, Amplitude etc.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. (English is a must!)
  7. Working knowledge of Python/R is a plus
