Now Hiring: Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Wyoming-Based Outpatient Clinic

Location: Cheyenne, Wyoming

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Are you a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) looking for meaningful, flexible work that aligns with your values and your lifestyle? Our Wyoming-based outpatient mental health clinic is expanding its remote therapy services and seeking a mission-driven LPC to join our growing virtual care team.

As a Remote LPC, you’ll provide teletherapy to clients across the state of Wyoming. You’ll work independently while remaining part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team. Whether you specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship issues, your expertise will be welcomed, and your voice valued.

What You’ll Do

Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via a secure telehealth platform.
Conduct clinical assessments and create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with clinical and ethical standards.
Collaborate virtually with clinical peers, supervisors, and administrative staff.
Participate in regular team meetings, CEU opportunities, and clinical consultation (remote).

Requirements

Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, or a related field.
Current LPC license in Wyoming (or eligibility to become licensed in Wyoming within 3–6 months).
At least 1 year of experience providing therapy, preferably including telehealth.
Comfortable working independently with strong time-management and clinical skills.
A passion for serving rural and frontier populations.
