Now Hiring: Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Wyoming-Based Outpatient Clinic

Location: Cheyenne, Wyoming

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Are you a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) looking for meaningful, flexible work that aligns with your values and your lifestyle? Our Wyoming-based outpatient mental health clinic is expanding its remote therapy services and seeking a mission-driven LPC to join our growing virtual care team.

As a Remote LPC, you’ll provide teletherapy to clients across the state of Wyoming. You’ll work independently while remaining part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team. Whether you specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship issues, your expertise will be welcomed, and your voice valued.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via a secure telehealth platform.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with clinical and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate virtually with clinical peers, supervisors, and administrative staff.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, CEU opportunities, and clinical consultation (remote).

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, or a related field.
  • Current LPC license in Wyoming (or eligibility to become licensed in Wyoming within 3–6 months).
  • At least 1 year of experience providing therapy, preferably including telehealth.
  • Comfortable working independently with strong time-management and clinical skills.
  • A passion for serving rural and frontier populations.
