About the Role
We are looking for a Product Specialist who is passionate about promoting products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to help design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
What you'll do
Work with business units in developing business plans to achieve company revenue goals.
Analyse competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly develop business strategies for revenue generation.
Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions.
Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams in product development activities.
Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.
Support the marketing team in developing sales and marketing strategies for profitability.
Prepare and update product training materials.
Conduct product and sales training for sales, marketing, and support teams.
Conduct product and sales training for partners and customers.
Assist in new product introduction and release activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide product engineering, development, management, and sales solutions.
Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with the business team to identify new customers and retain existing customers.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market dynamics.
Maintain complete documentation for all product-related activities.
