Job Summary

We’re looking for talented Full Stack Engineers to help drive the decoupling of software components within a large-scale, complex system. This project aims to improve internal development speed, increase platform reliability, and enhance the experience of internal users by building scalable, modular, and intuitive products.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to break down monolithic architectures into maintainable services and modern web applications. You'll play a key role in designing and implementing efficient solutions that empower engineering teams and streamline internal operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with your team in an agile environment to design, build, and maintain full-stack features.
Develop scalable, high-performance services and APIs using Golang.
Build modern, intuitive frontend interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React.
Contribute to the architecture and design of internal tools and platforms.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across both backend and frontend layers.
Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Work with partner teams to achieve shared technical and product goals.
Take ownership of features from concept to deployment and support.

Qualifications And Job Requirements

5-8+ years of experience in web development, with exposure to both backend (Golang) and frontend (React).
Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of web application architecture and best practices.
Solid collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to ship high-quality features on schedule.
Comfortable working on projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
