As we scale globally, we’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and hands-on Demand Generation Manager to lead the charge in building campaigns that generate awareness, fuel our pipeline, and strengthen our thought leadership. You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to drive measurable impact across channels—email, digital ads, events, webinars, and more.

We’re a remote-first team that values humility, curiosity, and collaboration. We welcome candidates across Europe, with a strong preference for those located in or near Malmö, Sweden.

How you will contribute 

As Demand Generation Manager be at the heart of Trialbee’s growth engine, responsible for designing and executing full-funnel campaigns. A few of your key focus areas will include:

Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing

  • Execute targeted email campaigns using Pardot, segmenting audiences and managing lead scoring
  • Develop ABM programs and nurture tracks that move leads through the funnel
  • Own newsletter production, product updates, and lifecycle marketing content
  • Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations

Digital Campaigns & Social

  • Manage LinkedIn and paid media campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility
  • Collaborate with digital recruitment and design teams to build landing pages and measure conversions
  • Promote webinars, customer stories, and thought leadership content across channels

Events & Conference Promotion

  • Coordinate presence at industry conferences in Europe and the U.S.
  • Oversee logistics, booth planning, materials, and promotion
  • Plan networking events like user summits and customer dinners

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Track KPIs including MQLs, pipeline influence, and ROI
  • Align closely with Sales to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up
  • Share internal updates on campaign results, press, and product launches

Who are you? 
  • Proven B2B marketing experience in the clinical research industry
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Deep understanding of lead generation, ABM, and funnel optimization
  • Strong project management skills—you thrive on juggling multiple campaigns at once
  • Collaborative spirit and self-starter mindset
  • Bonus points for skills in content writing, graphic design, or PR
  • This is a remote role, but we strongly prefer candidates based in Malmö, Sweden or elsewhere in Europe.
