We are looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition Team. As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top-tier candidates who will help drive our LATAM Teams commercial success.

The ideal candidate has a passion for discovering talent, strong communication & persuasion skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What you will do

Support Hiring Teams

Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies that attract a high quality pool of qualified candidates.

Sourcing Activity

Utilize a variety of tools and techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media, to find and engage passive candidates.

Conduct outreach and build relationships with potential candidates to understand their experience, motivations, and career goals.

Screen resumes and evaluate candidate profiles to identify the best fits for current and future job openings.

Strategy & Activity Reporting

Actively participate in developing and refining sourcing strategies and processes to improve team efficiency and candidate experience.

Track and report on sourcing metrics, including response rates, candidate engagement, and time-to-fill, to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.

Help enhance the employer brand by engaging with candidates in a personalized, professional, and friendly manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a talent sourcing or recruitment support role, preferably in the edtech or similar industry or with startups.
  • Strong familiarity with various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.) and a passion for discovering creative ways to identify talent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Spanish and English, with the ability to engage candidates effectively and build relationships.
  • A strong sense of curiosity and a willingness to research and applying new sourcing techniques and technologies..
  • A positive, results-oriented attitude with a passion for working collaboratively within a team.
