At HiCareer, we’ve spent years building, researching, and working hands-on with candidates and companies — all to understand what’s truly missing in the job market.

We’re two co-founders based in Gothenburg, Sweden, driven to create a product that gives people clarity, structure, and support through every stage of career life. So we built a platform that helps individuals discover opportunities, organize their careers, and get the guidance they need — every step of the way.

🛠 What you’ll be working on

You’ll work closely with us (Fredrik & Dejan) and take the lead on our AI product development.

Some examples:

Improve our AI Career Assistant — guiding users with the right advice, at the right time
Generate smarter job suggestions and match insights using embeddings and preferences
Build features that auto-generate tailored resumes, interview prep, and application feedback
Work with structured and unstructured job data — and enrich it through classification and automation
Develop prompt flows, vector search, and the logic that makes everything feel intuitive
Help shape our thinking on where AI creates value (and where it doesn’t)
