We are looking for a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in client relationship, planning methodologies and communication. This role will focus on drive an ongoing project with multiple running fronts with the client and share team management with them.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Motivate and coordinate teams to foster a collaborative environment.

- Organize regular meetings and facilitate Scrum events.

- Guide teams in self-organization and cross-functionality.

- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

- Create reports on risk status and corrective actions taken.

- Track progress against objectives and implement improvements.

- Prepare contingency plans for identified risks.

- Create and maintain project roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.

- Summarize progress, challenges, and achievements in concise reports for stakeholders.

- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.
