The Stock Plan Administrator is hungry, experienced, and excited to continue a career path in the Equity Compensation world. This job is not a monotonous 9-5 job, but more of a challenging (in a fun, keep you on your toes kind of way) rewarding career. The Stock Plan Administrator will provide quality stock plan administration services to companies that outsource their equity compensation stock plans to My Equity Comp. Plans can include stock options, restricted stock, ESPP, performance shares, or other equity instruments based on client requirements.
All necessary training will be provided for the job, industry, and My Equity Comp.

Salary & Benefits
Pay range: $75k - $120k. Salary commensurate with experience
Full benefits package including annual company cash bonus, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with match, paid vacation, and sick time.
Schedule -Remote Full-time, Monday – Friday 7:30-4:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) with flexibility
Training One week - (first week) in office at our headquarters in Gold River, CA.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Write procedures and assist clients with implementation
Communicate with clients both verbally and in writing

Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum 3 years of equity compensation industry experience REQUIRED
Must reside in United States REQUIRED
Proven knowledge of Shareworks software REQUIRED
CEP, Level 1 (ECA) minimum Strongly Preferred
Excel proficiency REQUIRED
Proficient in MS Office applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-orientated with strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong customer service skills with a client-centric mentality
Superior communication skills - verbal and written
Strong work ethic
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
A bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting Preferred
