Job description

In this role you will:  

  • Manage cross-functional and interdependent projects: coordinate plans across teams, solve problems and reprioritize efforts in order to keep larger company goals on track. 

  • Create project plans, complete with timelines and responsibilities assigned. 

  • Establish standard project management processes and documentation for use across RSAC, with an eye towards continuous improvement. 

  • Communicate project status and metrics to key stakeholders. 

  • Lead organization of agenda and content creation for Company Offsites. 

  • Lead cross-functional steering committees 

  • Execute ‘Special initiatives’ projects 

Your Profile: 

  • Bachelors degree 

  • 5-10 years experience in Program, Product or Project Management 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-level, cross-functional teams 

  • Ability to think creatively and troubleshoot  

  • Please be aware that although this is a remote position, to be considered for the vacancy, you must have residency in one of the following states.  
    • California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington
