Position Overview
The Channel Operations Leader will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our Channel and Platform Partner operations to ensure seamless and effective execution of our Channel strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance channel performance, manage key relationships, and implement best practices to support our growth objectives. Reports to EVP of Channel and Alliances


Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Strategy and Management:
    • Manage Channel Operations for Thrive (Organization & Process)
    • Managed inside channel team (operations, coordination, & business development)
    • Develop and implement Channel Operations strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
    • Analyze channel performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize Channel and Platform Partner processes & efficiencies
    • Collaborate with sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure Channel strategies are integrated and executed efficiently
    • Provide Monthly and Quarterly TSD and Agent reporting for External and Internal Reviews
    • Responsible for Partner and spif contracts
    • Work with EVP of Channels to develop a program that serves as a platform for Thrive’s Channel Community
    • Work in alignment with EVP of channels to develop & maintain a partner advisory council
    • Communicate and provide reporting for travel, events, & channel Budget
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee day-to-day Channel operations, including partner and TSD communication, TSD/Super-Agent reporting, inventory management, and logistics
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency for Inside Channel and Platform Partner team.
    • Responsible for Channel metrics and ensure channel policies
    • Manage and resolve Channel-related issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize disruption and ensure deal registration
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, TSDs, Platform Partners, Distributors, and other key stakeholders
    • Coordinate with partners to address concerns, provide support, and drive mutual growth
    • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance partner knowledge and performance
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on Channel performance.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Provide guidance and support to drive success.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
    • Ensure team alignment with company goals and objectives.
