Business Development Manager 

Location: Remote 

MetaOption LLC, a Microsoft BC/LS Gold Partner, is looking to add a highly accomplished Business Development Manager to their sales team.   

Your key responsibilities will include acquiring new clients, building, developing, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. 

Your Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Acquisition – Actively seeking and acquiring new clients in U.S/Canada market 

  • Sales Cycle Management – Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including proposal preparation and contract negotiations 

  • Building Long-Term Client Relationships – Understanding clients' needs and providing tailored solutions 

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams – Working closely with internal departments to deliver our services to clients 

  • Business Development Initiatives – Contributing to business growth strategies and shaping the company's expansion approach in the U.S market. 

  • Achieving Sales Targets 

What You Bring to the Table: 

  • Business Development Experience – At least 8 years of experience in B2B business development in a software sales/ SaaS/ ERP space 

  • Proven strong record of acquiring and singing new clients in U.S market  

  • Sales Expertise – Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to efficiently manage the sales process (end-to-end) 

  • Outstanding Interpersonal Skills – Natural ability to build and maintain relationships with clients  

  • Proactive & Creative Approach – Strong sense of responsibility for tasks and a results-oriented mindset 

  • Results-Driven Mindset – Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets 

  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking – Setting long-term goals, analyzing the market, and adapting strategies to changing conditions 

  • Excellent Negotiation Skills 

  • English Proficiency
