Business Development Manager

MetaOption LLC, a Microsoft BC/LS Gold Partner, is looking to add a highly accomplished Business Development Manager to their sales team.
Your key responsibilities will include acquiring new clients, building, developing, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition – Actively seeking and acquiring new clients in U.S/Canada market
Sales Cycle Management – Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including proposal preparation and contract negotiations
Building Long-Term Client Relationships – Understanding clients' needs and providing tailored solutions
Collaboration with Internal Teams – Working closely with internal departments to deliver our services to clients
Business Development Initiatives – Contributing to business growth strategies and shaping the company's expansion approach in the U.S market.
Achieving Sales Targets
What You Bring to the Table:
Business Development Experience – At least 8 years of experience in B2B business development in a software sales/ SaaS/ ERP space
Proven strong record of acquiring and singing new clients in U.S market
Sales Expertise – Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to efficiently manage the sales process (end-to-end)
Outstanding Interpersonal Skills – Natural ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proactive & Creative Approach – Strong sense of responsibility for tasks and a results-oriented mindset
Results-Driven Mindset – Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strategic & Analytical Thinking – Setting long-term goals, analyzing the market, and adapting strategies to changing conditions
