Essential Job Functions:

 

  • Work closely with Account Managers and customers to discover needs.
  • Develop the best solutions to meet the goals of our perspective customer.  
  • Work with the customer to explain the benefits of our solution.
  • Constantly improve your knowledge of the industry, and technology. 
  • Utilize Salesforce to work opportunities, provide proposals and track work stages. 
  • Ensure accurate designs, and documentation, to maximize our value to prospective customers. 

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Survey properties for additional information where required.
  • Assist installation team and project management team in understanding your design vision.
  • Work closely with the team to reach team goals.

 

Required Qualifications: 

 

  • At least 6 months of experience in networking
  • Desire to grow and expand your knowledge, skills, and career.
  • Currently pursuing a career in networking or related field. 
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Visio
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently to your personal and team goals. 

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

 

  • Working understanding of WiFi and networking
  • Experience in customer service and customer interactions.
  • Certifications in Aruba, Meraki, Network+, CWNA, CWNP, CCENT a plus.
  • Some sales experience a plus.
