Job Description

The Content VA Short-Form Video Editor is responsible for editing and publishing high-quality, engaging short-form video content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This role involves transforming raw video clips from coaching sessions, podcasts, and behind-the-scenes footage into visually compelling content with captions, music, branding, and platform-optimized edits. Key responsibilities include maintaining brand consistency, scheduling content via Buffer or other publishing tools, monitoring performance, and staying informed on current video trends to inform creative direction. The ideal candidate has proven experience editing short-form videos, a strong understanding of social media algorithms, and proficiency in tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, digital-first environment are essential. Prior experience with coaching, wellness, or personal development content is a plus.

Maintain a consistent visual and tonal style aligned with brand guidelines

Qualifications:

Proven experience in short-form video editing (portfolio required)

Deep understanding of platform-specific formats, trends, and best practices for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
