Consultancy and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules (incident, problem, change management, CMDB, service catalog, etc.)
Requirement analysis and coordination with customers to develop individual ITSM solutions
Configuration and customisation of the ServiceNow platform according to the specific needs of customers
Conducting workshops and training for customers to ensure successful implementation and use of the solutions
Integration of third-party tools and systems into the ServiceNow platform
Support and maintenance of existing implementations as well as continuous optimisation of ITSM processes
Creation of documentation and support with the creation of user manuals

Several years of experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM solutions
Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ITSM Implementation Specialist are an advantage
In-depth understanding of ITIL processes and best practices (certification desirable)
Experience in customising workflows, scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and using business rules
Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST/SOAP, JSON, XML is a plus
Strong customer focus and communication skills
Ability to manage projects independently and proactively
Fluent in German and English
