The Business Process Analyst is a pivotal member of our Operational Excellence (OpEx) team and serves as the in-house consultant for process improvement. This role is designed to sustain and advance our automation and AI initiatives, blending strategic oversight with hands-on expertise in Business Process Management (BPM). The successful candidate will review, design, and enhance our business processes by identifying automation opportunities, leading RPA/scripting projects, and leveraging data analytics tools such as Databricks to generate actionable insights. Additionally, this role is responsible for cultivating an adaptive workforce through coaching and training on platforms like Jira and dashboard data interpretation, all while tracking the return on investment (ROI) and maintaining our "AI road map."
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Optimization:
Evaluate current business processes and document key workflows.
Utilize Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Develop streamlined, scalable processes that align with both operational goals and long-term strategic initiatives.
Automation & AI Initiative Leadership:
Identify new opportunities for automation and propose RPA and scripting projects that drive operational efficiency.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects—from ideation through deployment—ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Maintain and update the enterprise “AI road map,” ensuring alignment with current and future business needs.
Data Insights & Analytics:
Collaborate with the data teams to harness tools like Databricks or other analytics platforms for meaningful insights.
Translate raw data into actionable business intelligence to steer process improvements and prioritize further automation efforts.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the ROI of automation and AI projects.
Change Management & Coaching:
Act as an in-house consultant to educate and support staff on adopting new automation tools.
Provide targeted coaching on systems like Jira, ensuring that teams are proficient in leveraging these tools for project tracking and process management.
Develop training materials and host sessions to enhance understanding and effective usage of dashboards and analytical tools.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with cross-functional teams—including IT, Operations, and Finance—to ensure smooth integration of automation solutions.
Prepare and present detailed reports on process improvements, project progress, and ROI to senior leadership.
Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to continuously refine operational strategies.
Analytical Mindset:
Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to dissect complex processes, interpret data, and develop innovative solutions.
Communication & Coaching:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to coach teams and drive adoption of new technologies.
Comfortable acting as a liaison between technical teams and business units.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

This position offers a fixed annual base salary. Promotional and advancement opportunities are available to reach top pay.
For informational purposes only, the salary range for a Senior Business Process Analyst begins at $55,000.00, with a mid-range of $67,500.00 and a top pay of $80,000.00. This pay range can be modified at any time at the sole discretion of the Company and does not include variable, performance-based compensation which can be applicable.
