Responsibilities

  • Accounts receivable and payable: Regular emails + phone calls to customers for overdue accounts
  • Accounts email management: Forward payable emails to DEXT, delegate emails to other relevant staff members, respond to occasional invoice query.
  • Payroll processing

Qualifications

  • Must speak English very well (Australian accent preferred)
  • Must have great phone manners and be able to build rapport easily (very personable) as they will need to be calling and interacting with customers on a regular basis. We want them to build relationships with our customers.
  • Experience in accounts receivable, following up and tracking overdue invoices.

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience in accounts receivable and payroll, following up and tracking overdue invoices and processing of payroll

Work Location

  • Home-based
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
