Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

Here’s what you’ll do:

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Lead enterprise-level requirement gathering sessions, aligning business goals with technical solutions, and defining the project scope.

  • Design robust, scalable, and efficient Salesforce architectures, leveraging advanced Salesforce Cloud offerings and industry best practices.

  • Create and present complex technical architecture diagrams and workflow designs that simplify the delivery of sophisticated solutions.

  • Ensure seamless integration across a variety of third-party applications, AI tools, Data Cloud, and advanced Salesforce features.

  • Drive automation strategies to optimize system performance, enhance user experiences, and streamline workflows.

Technical Leadership & Strategy

  • Act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients on Salesforce configurations, integrations, and advanced architecture strategies.

  • Mentor and lead a team of Salesforce developers, architects, and consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions.

  • Stay at the forefront of Salesforce innovations, AI advancements, and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution offerings.

  • Ensure that all solutions comply with security, scalability, and data privacy standards, managing complex regulatory requirements.

Client Engagement & Storytelling

  • Translate advanced technical solutions into clear, compelling business benefits for diverse stakeholders.

  • Lead impactful demos, solution presentations, and RFP responses that showcase the true value of the solutions to clients.

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships, ensuring their success through seamless Salesforce solutions.

Organizational Initiatives & Growth

  • Lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to the development of best practice documentation, playbooks, and solution templates.

  • Spearhead pre-sales activities, working closely with business development teams to drive strategic growth opportunities.

  • Actively contribute to mentorship programs, particularly initiatives supporting women in tech and diversity within the Salesforce ecosystem.



Requirements

It’ll be great if you have:

  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and advanced integrations).

  • Extensive experience in leading large-scale Salesforce implementations as a Solution Architect, with a proven record of complex solution delivery.

  • Expertise in designing and delivering solutions with intricate integrations, advanced automation, and high-performing workflows.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, enabling you to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

  • A deep understanding of working with global clients, including handling market-specific nuances in the US and UK.

  • A growth mindset, a passion for problem-solving, and a solution-oriented approach to challenges.

It’ll be even more amazing if you have:

  • Knowledge of Nonprofit Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).

  • Expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud, Generative AI, and Einstein AI solutions.
