As a Revenue Manager for Smartpricing, your primary objective is to help clients maximize their revenue by leveraging our cutting-edge SaaS RMS platform. Beyond providing technical support, you will act as a strategic consultant to drive platform adoption and foster revenue growth. Your main responsibilities include:
Customer Consulting and Support: Engage daily with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized advice for revenue optimization through the Smartpricing platform.
Revenue Optimization: Analyze performance data and market trends, recommending pricing and distribution strategies to achieve maximum returns.
Platform Adoption: Work closely with clients to ensure seamless implementation and effective use of the platform by providing training, support, and best practices.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, analytical prowess, and exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively support our clients and contribute to our platform’s growth:
Language Proficiency:
Need to be German: C2 level or native
English: B2 level
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage clients by clearly and convincingly explaining the platform’s potential and translating complex data into actionable solutions.
Experience in Hotel Revenue Management: A proven track record in the hospitality sector, with a strong understanding of pricing dynamics and distribution channels.
Customer Success Orientation: A natural propensity for providing strategic consulting that supports clients in optimally adopting and utilizing SaaS solutions to improve financial outcomes.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, identify optimization opportunities, and define effective revenue growth strategies.
Experience in Hotel Consultancy: Previous experience working in a hotel consultancy firm, demonstrating the ability to offer strategic insights and tailored solutions within the hospitality sector.
Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with revenue management software, PMS systems, channel managers, and CRM tools, crucial for monitoring performance and managing client interactions.
