We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with experience in ServiceNow to support the analysis, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and support ServiceNow platform enhancements that align with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
2+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and with technical/non-technical stakeholders
